MGT Smart is your launchpad to share your latest video, article, recipe, tour, store, website, social post, and other content. Our platform helps you connect with and message your audience, making your content more discoverable, easier to manage, and capable of driving revenue. MGT Smart also enables you to connect with brands and social commerce opportunities, allowing creators to monetise their content by driving traffic to various revenue-generating channels.
This Privacy Notice applies to our websites and services which include MGT Smart (https://inadabdallah.com/) and related software or features (collectively referred to as our “Platform” or “MGT Smart”). The Platform allows individuals and businesses to sign-up to create personalised, easily-customisable pages, monetise their content, participate in commerce opportunities, schedule social media content and/or subscribe to, follow, purchase from, or message other MGT Smart Users. It also supports individuals who interact with the Platform directly or through third party applications that connect with MGT Smart, businesses that interact with the MGT Smart Users through our business services, and developers who create functionality that interacts with the Platform.
In this Privacy Notice, we collectively refer to the Platform and our related services as the “MGT Smart Services.” The pages that MGT Smart Users are able to create using the MGT Smart Services are referred to as “User Profiles.” User Profiles—including any information or content displayed on them—are public by default and discoverable and visible by anyone. Users may elect to restrict access to their profile by enabling password protection, which limits access to individuals who possess the required password.

This Privacy Notice applies to the processing of personal information by MGT Smart as a controller. When we talk about MGT Smart acting as a “controller,” we mean that MGT Smart determines the purpose and the means of the processing (i.e. we make decisions about why and how we handle your personal information). Because of the nature of our services, we may also act as a “processor” on behalf of a MGT Smart User. In these instances, we facilitate the processing of personal information on behalf of the MGT Smart User and based on their instructions. For example, if you share your information with a MGT Smart User or make a payment to them, we facilitate this processing (“Processor Services”). This Privacy Notice does not address our Processor Services. If you subscribe to or otherwise share your information with a MGT Smart User, and want to know how they handle your personal information, please get in touch with that MGT Smart User directly and/or refer to any privacy notice they have posted on their User Profile.

MGT Smart enables connections between MGT Smart Users and third parties, such as brands, advertisers, social platforms, and affiliate partners. Once you interact with a third party—such as by clicking a link, subscribing to a brand’s updates, or making a purchase through a third-party link—MGT Smart does not control how your personal information is processed by that third party.
